Sucre Dubai introduces new DIFC Business Lunch

Following a successful launch earlier this year, SUCRE now introduces Business Lunch with a selection of the finest Latin American inspired dishes

Following the successful launch of its third global venue in DIFC earlier this year, SUCRE now diversifies it’s offering with the introduction of a business lunch – featuring a selection of the finest Latin American inspired dishes curated by Master chef Fernando Trocca himself. From the heart of Buenos Aires, to London, and Dubai – the restaurant has repeatedly ranked in the World’s 50 Best Latin American list, achieving numerous additional accolades along the way. Inspired by global culinary influences, Trocca brings a combination of exciting flavours to his menu all while staying true to his Latin roots – grounded in traditional open fire techniques. SUCRE now translates the same passion for flavour for which it is acclaimed into an ever evolving two-course menu, that will be refreshed weekly. With a choice of both indoor and terrace seating options and the captivating backdrop of a vibrant open kitchen, Sucre exudes a relaxed, yet stylish ambience teamed with a warmth of hospitality serving as the perfect mid-week lunch setting. Drawing on the very best seasonal produce guests have the option to pick between a selection of starters, sample dishes include Corn & Cheese Humita Empanadas served with Chili tomato jam, to Spicy Octopus Tostada with avocado, cabbage & corn to a fresh Tuna & Watermelon Ceviche topped with lime and coriander. As for the mains, both vegetarians and meat-lovers have options with dishes like – Spinach & Ricotta Raviolli laid on a bed of tomato and hazelnuts, to Sea Bream, Clams & Chorizo topped with chilli and caper butter and Striploin cooked to perfection with black garlic butter and grilled baby gem. Diners have the choice to order from a selection of side dishes such as broken potato and humita. SUCRE’s signature desserts are also available and can be ordered A la carte, from the show-stopping Dulce de Leche Fondant to Basque Cheesecake and Lemon Curd Tarte. SUCRE’s business lunch is available on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 12.00pm and 3.00pm pm at AED 115 per person
