From huge grills to wood ovens, our dishes are cooked over charcoal the Argentinian way, using embers rather than live flame.

While we remain true to the traditional open fire techniques, the menus are prepared in exciting unexpected arrangements blending Italian, Spanish and Latin American influences.

Dishes are multicultural in influence but South American at root. We are open-minded about the flavours, ingredients and influences we work with but less open-minded about how they should be treated on fire.
